Survey Says Change

At first glance it seemed an incongruous sight: large — and largely indecipherable — maps strewn about the floor of the Grand Lobby of the BOK Center.
But a few minutes into Tuesday's PlaniTulsa press conference, it all made sense: What better place to unveil survey results about the city's development future than in the crown jewel of recent local construction projects?
"The workshop maps that you see on the floor when you walked in illustrate what Tulsans want for the future of our great city," said Mayor Kathy Taylor.
